Next Insight is the experimental lab of GRDprocess Sàrl, a Swiss research company focused on developing cognitive architectures and structured frameworks for AI-assisted analysis.
We challenge a fundamental assumption in current AI: that scaling parameters alone produces better reasoning. Our approach focuses on procedural structure — building tools that make implicit premises explicit, keep value tensions visible, and produce traceable, reproducible results.
